  • Yes. We market properties on leading platforms such as Rightmove and Zoopla, arrange viewings, conduct full reference checks, and set up tenancy agreements — ensuring reliable tenants for your property.

  • Absolutely. Many of our clients live overseas. We provide a fully managed service, including rent collection, maintenance, legal compliance, and tenant communication — so you don’t need to be in the country.

  • All rental income is transferred directly to your designated account after deducting our management fee and any approved expenses. We also send you a monthly statement detailing all transactions.

  • This depends on location and market conditions, but on average, properties are let within 2 to 4 weeks. Our marketing team works proactively to minimise vacancy periods.

  • Yes. For overseas investors, we offer UK company formation services, including accountant introduction and registered address rental. This helps make the investment process smoother and more tax-efficient.

  • We follow a structured arrears process which includes reminders, formal notices, and legal escalation if needed. Our experienced team ensures landlords are fully informed and supported throughout.
